Dear Sir i am 2nd year Law Student in 3years LLB... My ? is my client want to compromise the 498A and IPC Section 324,323,and 506 case's but the ? is whether she can reopen the case in case her husband harass her after took the case back .......... please it's my humbly request answer my ? it's very urgent

This case once withdrawn/ compromised/ quashed can not be re-opened.

But she can file the fresh complaint later.

The courts sometimes keep the case pending and send both the parties to live for some time to ascertain the compatibility and other things.

Complaint can be made with respect to a new cause of action, but the wife cannot re-open the case which is already settled.
