Hi

My wife filed dowry case,DV,Interim maintance & section 125 case.assued if the court ordered for x amount can i go for stay in higher courts.

You have a right to go for appeal. But in most of cases the appellate court confirming the order of trail court. If you have any document to show your wife herself eligible to maintain her, you may file appeal

S/125 maintenance is just interim adn doe snot bar awarding final maintenance based on the need of applicant and paying capacity of defendent.
