Trials commencement or aquiittal ?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
In Sept 2009 Mr.X changed Job and was falsely implicated in to IPC 120-B,114,408,420,467,468 etc.He tried for quashing in HC but pulled it back & later went thru all legal process and was finally bailed out from HC. The chargesheet mentioned only two IPC\\\\\\\'s ie 408 & 420.NOw, He regularly attends the court but the complianant is not turning up even after two summons & warrants etc.
My queries are:
How to get the trial started fast so that he can prove his innocence?
How to legally fetch the complinant & witnesses so that they can tell the court anything right or wrong related to this case? they are not turning up becoz they have no proofs of the false complain
Mr X's defamation case related to this incidence is pending in session court, should he go ahead in this? will it help him? in this case?
can he go for charge sheet quashing in HC? if yes on what grounds?
Can he also file a complain against I.O for regestering an FIR without relevant proofs and making it sessions triable case? and sending him to judicial custody for three months? The false FIR consisted 12 IPC's and later the chargesheet had only two IPC's ie 408,420.Its very painfulto go thru the delays in the judical process.
Pl advise in detials:

you can file quash petition before high court., he only know the grounds.,

if he acquittal in the 420 ipc mean its may help him in the defamation case.. also defamation case can not dispose with out know the result of 420 ipc.

Apply Discharge , if allowed, the matter end.
Cannot complain against I/O , as he is acting in his official duty, and any mistake on his part is condoned.

Criminal proceeding goes on for 10-15 years also. Depending upon work Load on diff Courts.

Defamation? you forget, very rare chance to get anything.
You must disclosed what he did, and charged for, to get proper guidance.
