False 498a/dv

Dear Experts,
As explained earlier my wife lodge a false 498A/DV against me in the ground of impotency, but medical tests say that I am 100% ok.

I am now on bail.

The IO gave the Charge Sheet. There only charge against that I am physically incompetent to maintain conjugal life. Witnesses are only my wife, father in law, and brother in law. I filed for quash u/s 482 in the High Court.
DV petition is also same. Few days age we submit our written objection. The Women Protection Cell also submitted their reports. The reports are 180 Deg opposite to the petition.
The protection cell accused me that I physically adulated my wife, took dowry, humiliate etc.

Now my quarries are:
1.How the women protection cell gave such ridicules reports without investigation. I have all evidence to prove myself ok in the court.

2.If my wife failed to prove those allegation, will she became accused in front of court? Will she face any punishment?

3.Should we take any steps against my wife & women protection cell u/s 340?

we had already gudied you that it is your interests to get out of the mess. you had stated that you had moved high court and obtained reliefs .

if ultimately you are acquitted obtain divorce and close the chapter and move o in life .

if you succeed you cna move under section 340 against your wife but then you wont get divorce easily . whether women protecton cell is right or wrong will be known after trial

these contradictory reports would come in your favor.

Also, get your potency test done.

If proven false you can file for perjury.
