in every petition/proceedings one who is filing the petition will be petitioner in that petition. (whether he is respondent/complainant/accused in main proceeings )

1&2. YOU SHALL LEAVE A SPACE AT PLACE OF NUMBERS AS THEY ARE GIVEN BY REGISTRY OF COURT AND NOT YOU SHALL MARK NO UNLESS ONE IS BY THE REGISTRY.
3. ONE FILES A CASE IS CALLED APPLICANT/COMPLAINANT/PETITIONER,SINCE YOU ARE FILING THE CASE THEN YOU ARE HERE IN IT.
vs.
AGAINST WHOM A CASE IS FILLED IS FILED IS CALLED ACCUSED/OPPOSITE PARTY/RESPONDENT etc.

Not only the present application but you also require to file various cases against her for her suppression of material facts forcing the court to pass a false judgment in her favour so this is a big issue now in your hand which can change the way of wind.

Agreed with experts, unless you know things yourself, better engage an expert.
