Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 21 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

We have a Property @ Chennai- 7 wells, My Father has 3 Sons & 2 Daughters, Iam being the Last Son, My Father bought this property before my Birth. He forgot to add my name on to the Equal share holder list of the property.

Please advice a Template Agreement, which i can use for getting sign off from the other Share Holders who are willing to do so.

Thanks in advance

First you have to clear some thing.. Whats about your father? Still he is alive? Is that your father's self acquired or ancestral property?

If its ancestral property mean by birth you are entitled to claim share. If its your father's self acquired property mean its will go by his WILL. If there is any will mean after his life time all of his legal heirs will get equal share.. I hope you should be a hindu.
