Compromise-divorce/498a case

Dear Sir/Madam,
As I want compromise(settlement of cases-498A,125 and div.filed by her and mutual divorce) with my wife after paying her demand for money because my life is getting spoiled and time wasting.she is totally after money at the cost of her life and morality.I am not confident with my advocate.I want safeguard at this stage.
pls tell me the process and precautions in bries what i should care towards end of all 3 cases and mutual divorce and saftey for money/DD in fav.of wife till my end of cases/my purposes.

1) you must have full confidence in your advocate
2) your advocate knows full facts of the case and must have advised you of the precautions to be taken
3) you are always at liberty to change your advocate
4) you will have to give deatiled instructions to your advocate for filing divorce by mutual consent
5) your finacial statement , your list of assets that you have are known only to you and how much you are in position to give tto your wife . please go by your advocate advice

Compromise is not dependent on the competency of satisfaction of lawyer rather it is a mutual matter. If you convince your wife to come to compromise then lawyers generally do not create any hurdle and procedure to execute compromise is very simple and any advocate can do this. You should instead of wasting time is aasking procedure, should devote your time to reach to a compromise first.

first convince to your wife for the compromise and for mutual consent divorce and for the payments i. e. regarding all the issues and if then the lawyer does not file the petition for mutual consent divorce than you can opt the other lawyer
