I have a very crucial question, am an Indian 24 years of age who loves a girl from Kathmandu, Nepal the girl is also of same age.
we are in love from 2 years from my side everyone is ready even my family.
But we are having lots of problems from girls family, they are totally against love marriage and not letting girl even to talk to me now.
Is there anyone who can look into that matter as our situation is becoming very complicated day by day,
would be very great full if any one can solve or give us direction about what to do in that case.

Send a complaint to the Chief of Police Nepal. You can also file habeas carpus petition in the Nepal High Court.
If the girl express her willingness to marry you, you can take steps legaly.

Remedies suggested by Advocate. Arunagiri are,there,BUT
i suggest you to avoid marrying a woman in Nepal. The law,there, authorizes woman to stay married, no matter how bad is the relationship between the husband and wife. If a woman chooses not to divorce her husband, the marriage can last for ever. There is no law on years of separation and custody. Watch out: even the live-in relationship during separation is considered as bigamy and you may be put behind the bars for 3 years.
AND IF YOU BOTH REALLY LOVE EACH OTHER FOR HERE AND THERE TOO THEN One of the most popular marriage in Nepal is called temple marriage or a 'love marriage', where a couple appear before a holy temple and in front of a priest they get married and start a new life with nothing.
JUST MANAGE IT AS IT IS YOUR CONCERN.

.Mr Devajyoti Barman, we are not looking for match making here as we already in love and the girl even can not come out of the house then how can she come in india..

and yes girl will support me in the court but we are just scared like if we take legal action then how much that is secured or if boy and girl say yes then is there still any chance we can be unsuccessful in this or in short are the laws in nepal are same like india.
as I heard in india if boy and girl are ready then no one can stop them.
