the wife always said that i am comet suicide if you are not residing with me in my parental home.one time she pouring kerosine oil on her body and set fir.my wife living in parental house from one year.it is the ground for divorce.

You can file a suit for divorce on the above metioned facts . But you have to show sufficient evidence to suceed with your suit. But be prepared for counter cases also.
