On the pattern of Delhi Apartments Ownership Act is doe there exist any such Act from NOIDA ? If yes, can i have a copy of that plz?

I am exremely thankful to you and the Lawyerclubindia for immediately sharing the information as requested today only.LONG LIVE LAWYERSCLUBINDIA. This forum helped me in winning a property partition suit at the lower courts , delhi.I was provided with applicable case laws citations.I searched those and downloaded and submitted to the trial court. I read thoroughly all those case laws before submitting to the trial court.Each query of the Judge was answer in the form of the case laws. Now, the case has come up in appeal at the delhi high court.I am now emboldened with the legal assistance from this forum of experts. Respected Sir/Experts,
I believe that if knowledge is shared with a monkey (i mean a person who has no prudence to put it to use)then this shall put him into hot waters. I respectfully disagree with my learned experts that 'knowledge is for sharing'. Legal acumen is an element necessary to understand and use the knowledge. I am regular visitors of this site and read queries and replies of experts which interest me. I am extremely happy and quite satisfied that the experts still share with querists their vast legal knowledge and experience in plainly worded legal advice bcz they never know who has prudence to use the knowledge.It is upto the querist. So in that perspective it is not only good but excellent. It is for the querist in what manner they can use.
I gracefully acknowledge the observations & appreciation of all the experts about the way i used the knowledge imparted and helped me on this forum in winning the partition suit. I hope to join this club as an expert after few years of my legal pratice.I am so much motivated by al the experts' advices.I wish to be a part of this team. Plz keep it up.
