i got a call from some broker for buying a property(land) at shahpur,thane
and even i m planning
but before that i would like to know what are the legal documents to be verified with the broker
Help me guys

Ask all the documents which are available with the broker and get them verified by your/ or a / local Area Senior Advocate / Revenue Side practicing Advocate , and after going the Title history, Location, local Act/s implications , Situation of land in particulate/mentioned Survey number/ confirmation of Survey Number , title of the Vendor to be assessed and then only local Area Advocate will suggest you what are the further compliances !
