Dear All,

Kindly let me know which CCI bench can be approched if plaintiff resides in Maharashtra and respondent resides in Tamil Nadu?

Can you suggest names of Mumbai based lawyers who have expeties in competition Act ,2002 and have presented cases before CCI.
