Can an Advocate issue a Search and Title report without issuing a Newspaper Public Notice - take a case where the prima-facie title documents like the chain of sale-agreeents registered original, and Index 2 chain is available in original ?

Paper publication is not mandatory before giving a search and title report. The people tend to give paper publication as a measure of abundant caution.

Issuance of public notice is a precautionary measure, it is not compulsory.

Issuing in newspaper is not measure of title clearance.as reading of news paper is not mandatory in India
