if any person file written complaint against registered public trust atl assit.charity commissioner then commissioner stared enquiring of that trust meanwhile complainant filed another application of formation of that trust with 25 other persons consent .commissioner told the complainant either he was complainant or applicanant for trustee of the Said trust ..its correct decision of charity commissioner

plz i want citation complainant can be applicanant as trustee or any person who file written complaint against registered public trust.he shall also applied for trustee also .
