Dear sir
im running a private buisness ,one day two persons approached me n told me tht they are from a bank (loan givers)n will be giving me loan n that they need blank cheques, i gave them later these people have singned my cheque presented in bank , the manager has passed the chque though the signature is varing and they have drawn nearly 49000/- whenm i questioned the manager he is not responding properly i gave a police complaint they are making me run about and no progress, can i file a PCR against bank manager, i dont the person drawn the money but the bank was under cctv survillence plese help.....

how can you give signed blank cheques? you are authorising person to fill in details .
whether they gave you any such letter that these cheques are processing charges for sanction of your loan? . you have no case against bank manager .

How could you held your manager when it is your criminal negligence.
Your signature was property put. Now it is not job of the bank to see whether you are duped/cheated or not.
You showed your folly, now pay the price.
Your only hope on the police if they ever recover the money.

It seems that some body had forged your signature and taken money. Give a police complaint, at the same time give a complaint to the bank's grievance cell. They will take action and will repay your money.

Apart from lodging FIR send legal notice to Bank, its Head office, to manager for crediting the amount in your account immediately. Failing file suit to recover the amount.
