Security cheque deposited and bounched

I have given a blank cheque as security cheque to a finance company but the finance company has deposited this cheque by putting an amount from their side and the cheque get bounche and has filled a case against me can any one let me know how to get out from this

Did u reply the 138 n i notice??
R u ready to settle with fin co??
If both ans NO,
Only alternate with u is Defend it.
Only court may acquit or punish u..
U can't get out of it.
Fin Co money are Public money, use it and repay it, Why cheat the Co. ?? Why not repay ur Loan?? They hv full Legal Dept with Top Lawyers to recover their money, otherwise they cannot be business of Cr.s .
Not a easy task.

It is for you to read and analyse the security cheque judgment.There were specific circumstances which is not applicable in other case.
In every court and and every case the accused is saying blank cheque and security cheque and getting punished / convicted.
For getting out of a cheque case needs very pain taking efforts otherwise only case law will not be of any help in any such case.
