Property partition of a deceased hindu women

We are 5 brother and sisters , as per my previous question i got to know that the property will be equally divided between son and daughters of my deceased mother in equal share. Now what i want to know is that Is there any priority or ranking in which property will be divided like which side of the land.According to the hindu sucession act 1956 section 15.

No, there is no such rule of ' priority'.

Mutual understanding or equal market value formula shall be applied while in partition.

Priority based on customs differ from place to place. No such law for option for anybody.
