In respect of exemption of court fees

(Querist) 30 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Hello! respected members. I am going to file an application for succession certificate in the name of a wife. so please guide me if there is any G.R. or notification in regard of exemption from court fees for women and children litigants. The Applicant is domicile of State of Maharashtra.
If there is any recent judgement in this regard, then please send the same.
