Application for divorce

Dear Sir,

I am an resident of DELHI and currently NRI , Citizen of Australia from 2005 , My wife is also a resident of DELHI and currently NRI and Australian Citizen from 2005 and we have a son who is 6 years old and Australian citizen ,
My wife have come back to INDIA and while coming she also gave a complaint of domestic voilence against me at SYDNEY GOVT, I am put under probation by the Sydney police.
Afterwards she came to INDIA and is not coming back ,
Kindly advice if I have to go for divorce case , where should I applly - whether in INDIA or in AUSTRALIA.

since marriage has been solemnised in delhi , registered in delhi file for divorce in india . please note if you file for divorce in Australia on grounds of irrevierable breakdown of marriage it wont be recognised in india
