Rights of daughter in law/wife

Last year my husband brought a flat which is under construction.

The agreement was prepared in name of my husband and father in law.

They did not add my name.

What are the rights of wife is husband's property and can husband transfer it from father in law's name to my name.

Till date a wife does not have right in husband's property.

A husband does not have right to transfer his father's property in wife's name.

One can transfer only what one owns.

No legal right during the lifetime of the husband. FIL's share cannot be transferred by the husband.

Can we add one more person (myself) to the existing property?

CAn husband transfer is by name (he is first owner)

By the consent of your FIL and husband, your name can be added. However, even if your FIL does not consent, then also your husband can transfer his share to you.
