i want file defamation suit ,
what is the procedure for filing suit of defamation and, how much fee of court, and which document required for filing above suit

Court fee depends on your claim Rs. 31,250/- for claim of 15L in Mumbai/ Mah State. Higher for higher fame!!
You need Advocate to file Suit.
He will provide you with details of Doc retd.

Not advised to file any Defamation Suit.
