No bond should cause restriction on choice of career. Such clause is surely void being against the public policy.
Quit the internship and join somewhere else.
Nothing would happen against you.

It appears to be barred by section 27 of the Contract Act.

Learned experts have given valuable advice. Kindly follow it.
You have posted that:

Avoid such employers.
Employee should always consult before signing on the dotted line, and keep copies of all documents.
You could have submitted a representation under acknowledgment to the appointing authority that you were ordered on dated…….to sign a documents titled……….on the spot without granting you opportunity to go thru it and consult for it and no copy has been provided to you.
Why photocopy certified copy should be obtained.

Rs3500/pm to a Doctor? It might be less than min. wages paid to a laborer.
--“ otherwise have to wrk thr for two yrs as staff (total 4 yr bond)”
Has the employer mentioned any salary to be paid, entitlement to increments?
What is the salary being paid to other so called staff?
Has the employer provided any training and has it invested such a high amount that shall get justified in 4 long years?
If the employer chases you, approach your lawyer and let your lawyer demand and go thru the contract crafted by the employer.
Do not panic.

You shall have to follow the contract signed by you prior to entry in the institution. You shall become free if you pay the bond amount as desired by you.
Instead of engaging a lawyer for this pety matter, you submit your resignation to the institution as per procedure laid down in the contract with mentioning a specific line that you are ready to follow the terms if the management specifically tells you as you have never been provided with the copy of the contract despite of various demands. You should wait from the side of the management and then only deposit the demanded amount under protest.
