can additional documents during appeal filed with memo or should be filed with petition ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 10 January 2012
Under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC , the appellate court has power to admit new documents in certain circumstances.

For that you definitely need to file petition under the provision mentioned above stating in detail why you did not file that document in trial.
