Complaint against service provider/company

Same here dear. I purchased car tape speakers of a branded co. but now the speakers have started making noise and vibration within 4 months and warranty of 1 yr.

yes you can file a complaint against such company before the consumer form. keep one thing if u r nt a lawyer in complaint you made party to dealer/seller from whom you purchased and company.
consumer form award monetary fine as per your claim.

agree with jitendra. issue legal notice file complaint for deficency in service against manufacturer and dealer

Issue a notice to the company as well as dealer from which you have bought it ,then if no heed is paid,file a CONSUMER COMPLAINT.The demand notice should clearly ask either replacement or the speakers or for price paid togather with damages for harassment caused and expenses of notice as well cost of proceedings.
