my mother in law has 4 brothers and 2 sisters (total 7).and their father (nanaji)was a farmer having 20 acers of agri land in the state of gujarat.nanaji passed away last year,and all four brothers have sold the land without any concent of all 3 sisters.now can my mother-in-law get her right to become a farmer ...? or can she get any money from her brother,which they got by selling land.

Your mother not only can money but can also get registered sale-deed set aside and file a criminal case against sellers, buyers, identifiers and all persons concerned.

Being co-parceners sisters are entittled to get their share in the properties. They will have to file a suit general partition and seperate possession of their1/7th share.

It is better that names of seven should be entered into RR as heir of deceased, get this done; secondly object before talati against mutation in the name of buyer; thirdly act as per Mr.Makkadsir advise.

1.If you want the property, you can get it. For this, you have file suit to set aside the sale deed.
2. Or you can get money from the brothers. For this you can approach brothers or the court.
Here, you means your MIL and not you.

file a suit for declaring the sale deed executed by your mother in law brothers.Definitely she will get the shared amount from her brothers.
