Family pension

If a widow women getting family pension from any govt department after death of his husband who was employee of govt department and his wife is living with a person without second marriage as "live in relation" my question is whether she is entitle for family pension or not becoz if she got second marriage then she is not entailed but in case of live in relation what is the law in this context ??

Why you are after her? Let her live her life independently. You cannot get her family pension withheld, if not remarried.
