Sir,
I recharged an Airtel 2G data pack of Rs.9 for 220MB for 3 days. Unfortunately I forgot to cut off the data network connection after the usage of few MBs. Those MBs I subscribed were exhausted and The net work provider, Airtel, had cut my main balance for talk time of about Rs.46. How does it happen? Airtel didn't even notify me after my pack reaching 80% of data consumption. Being a consumer subscribed only for that limited data pack, would I get my lost amount that was deducted by the network provider ? I think it's the violation of my consumer rights. How can I claim it,sir ?
Sirs, May I question it in court of law as it clearly seems like the violation of my choice/option or violation of TRAI(Telicom Regulatory Authority of India) guidelines.

It is your fault, you forgot to cut off the data network, so whatever amount deducted by Airtel you wont get it back

I find no fault in Airtel. Be vigilant next time.

Legal steps to recover your amount would be much much costlier than the amount involved. It is better to forget specially in the conditions mentioned by you.

TRAI has kept detailed guidelines on its website. GO thru these.

Sir, My point here is, I recharged data pack only, not talk time balance. Then how the network operator would cut my main balance when I have dedicated data pack separately. While I was nearly reaching my data pack limit, Airtel had to notify me and It had to show me black web pages or 'page expired/page not found ' notices. But what Airtel had done in this instance is, it had cut my main balance. I suppose that network operator has no right to cut it. I think it's not my fault however, because I've dedicated data pack while having talk time money separately and I or people like me may think that, when data pack limit expires, it would simply cut on it's own. If Airtel is really violating the guidelines prescribed to network operators by TRAI, and is cheating the consumers,by means of a PIL, I would like to question it in court of law. sir, Please advise.
