HI. I AM LEAVING IN VADODARA, GUJARAT FROM LAST 8 YEARS. I COMPLETED MY HIGHSCHOOLS AND COLLEGE HERE. HOWEVER MY BIRTH IS OF ULHASNAGAR THANE. NOW COMING TO THE POINT I AM COMING IN OBC CATEGORY. AND THING IS THAT MY MOM AND DAD SEPRATED FROM LAST 10 YEARS. AND I AM LEAVING WITH MY MOM. NOW FOR CAST CERTIFICATE THEY TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR FATHERS SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE, WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME. SO WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW. LASTLY MY CAST IS HINDU TELI.

Without production of father's certificate you just cannot have any cast certificate.
either seek cooperation of your father or forget about reservation benefit.

You say that you have completed degree. What is the caste mentioned in your certificates. If it is already mentioned in your certificate, showing that you can get a community certificate now.

If your caste is mentioned in your school records, enclose the copies of school records and request for issue of certificate. Some proof should be there, otherwise, how anybody can help you?

Consult the concerned office for required formality if any, in such cases. If not possible, explore possibility to get orders from court.

Submit the school records/certificates wherein your caste is mentioned, as a proof of your caste and request the authorities concerned to issue caste certificate based on the school record/certificates.

You can try the methods suggested by the experts and I shall be very happy if my views could prove wrong.
all you have t prove before the tehsildar is that your father is ______ belonging to ____ .
You can try getting his caste certificate by RTI.
Patwari (or by whatever name called in your state i.e. village account/lekhpal etc)will be deputed to the village to verify your claim. You have to collect material for his suitable report.
