Reapected all,

I am Ashu from Raipur, CG. I am in trouble, relaed to my home. My father had expire in 2010. I have two sisters. I want to know, Can i take my home in my name through my mothers Will. Also give me about NOC (Non objection certificate) of my sisters.

If the house in question was owned exclusively by your father who died intestate,the house has devolved on all you 4 equally and your mother can will you only
her 1/4 share.
For mutation NOC of sister can be taken if they agree.
