Hello Sir

I have a criminal Record but i don't have any criminal cases pending or any warrants pending on me.

i was arrested and after 2yrs the case was over and i have the judgement copies with me, can i apply for a passport.

what was nature of criminal case filed against you ? what was judgement passed in said case .

make application to passport office for issue of passport . do not supress your past criminal record

You should apply, do not suppress the facts in application.

Give full facts and apply for Pass Port.

Give full details of your criminal records in the passport application failing which, if the authorities will come to know about it later, it will be treated as suppression of material facts and you will be penalised for it.
