fake rupees in atm

I am in banglore, i take 10000 from private bank atm centre there i get 3 fake rupees of 500 , that time i dnt know that ,then i went for shoping there i get to know about this fake notes , i have the money taken reciept from atm ,what can i do by legal way against the bank for this big mistake ,please help me!

practically nothing.
you cannot prove getting that particular note from that particular ATM.
BANK CASH BRANCH WILL FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL and eventually succeed to prove that they never put fake currency in ATM (or else they go to jail.
at the most you can go to jail for possessing fake currency.

in a similar situation, when i made enquiry with banks, i was told any bank is required to accept any note.even fake .this is RBI requirement.no bank can deny such note.
when banks are made to accept such notes, no need to file case.
what banks do after accepting such fake notes is again as per RBI guidelines.
some banks take depositor's contact details and accept such notes. but some file police complaint after accepting .
