Sir,

can the a women file sec20 R/w 25 of dp act and sec 125 of crpc at the same time and in the event of court grant both how to over come the problem. As the divorce is not yet filed rcr is pending

There is no bar to file two cases, but in one of the two cases maintenance is granted then she can not seek maintenance in another case.
