Divorce

Hi experts,can a wife gets fifty percent share of the husbands family property after divorce?is there a rule like that or not?

Husband doesn't have any property in his name all the properties are in the name of husbands mother.but i heard that wife can claim at ancestral property.is it true that a wife can claim husbands ancestral property
