My father was serving in Eastern Command Signal Regiment (RHQ) at Fort William Kolkata & his designation was civil messenger. He died in harness on 3rd April 2010.my mother also died in my childhood’s have a school going sister age about 14 yrs .i am married. in my family my grandfather is alive. and he is bedridden .i received all death benefit except pension not started till date’s receive sum rs 4,50,000.after I claim for compassionate appointment before tow (2)years ago but till date i am not get job.what shold i do.if i file writ in high court is order in my favor or dentally i get the job or not.please help me.

The chances at this stage for compassionate appointment is very bleak because as per govt. thinking, the period of harness has already been expired and you need only regular support by way of pension.

SC has decided in a case against the complementary appointment in some departments. However, You may try by continuous follow up with the department.

Time and again same query.i told you earlier forget pension and Compassionate appointment ,the case of gratuity is however alive.
