In my earlier company I had signed a Bond for under going technical training for one of company's product from USA. The bond was for a duration of 2 years and Rs 3,00,000. And I have left the company when only 6 months of my bond completion duration was left.
The company has charged me for Rs 3,00,000/- and I had already paid this amount. Can I do anything about it.

you were bound by the terms and conditions . you have willingly signed the bond . company sent you abroad for training . you left before completion of bond period . hence company was justified in invoocation of bond and you ahve rightly paid the amount .
now move on in life

Depends upon the contents of the bond and terms of your appointment. Can you send a copy of the bond as well as your appointment order for examination, as attachments to your email at: dcgroup1962@gmail.com

If you have deposited the bond amount then nothing is to be done except to obtain full and final settlement and NOC.
