Dear Sir/Mam I am working as a operation manager in a bank Sometimes customer misbehave with the staff for no any reason.As customer having proper producer for complaint against bank staff they use this as a pipeline to satisfy themselves. I just want to know that is there any procedure so a banker can follow and do banking job without any fear...
