Harrassment by gated community association

Hi,

I live in hyderabad and have an issue with the gated community association. I paid maintenance which was not acknowledged by them and they have a few months ago cut my electricity.

After sharing the proofs they have restored the electricity and have not yet settled their records and showing me as a defaulter.
I regularly paid my maintenance bills and also submitted the bank statement and cheque details to my association but they are not settling my account. They also claim that they have not received the corpus fund from the builder for which i have furnished the receipt on letter head from the builder which also has the cheque numbers used for payment.

I have been put low in front of my society with my amount not adjusted by them as per the proofs.

Please advise me as i want to proceed legally and charge them for demeaning me in a society where i live.

First of all, you serve a Notice through a Lawyer setting out the facts.

Send notice to the society if matter is not settled amicably.

Lodge complaint with the registrar.

If electricity, water connection is disconnected, lodge complaint with the police, move to court for damages.
