How to file a case in high court without advocate

(Querist) 25 April 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, as I am single person and unable to pay fee to Advocate, I want to file a case against Telangana Government regarding wrong and contract to NCTE Rules while fix up of minimum Qualification to Teacher posts. Plz clarify the procedure.

Check with Free Legal Aid Center, if you are eligible.
