Pay protection

Sir I am a regular employee in forest deptt. Punjab. I have joined forest deptt. On 29/01/2013.Now I have given technical resignation from forest deptt.on 27/12/2016. And join education deptt. On 28/12/2016.In forest deptt. my grade is 10300+3200.I have got 3increments with this grade.And here(education deptt.) grade is 10300+4200.but for 3years other employees got only basic pay.Now My pay is protected I.e 38490.am I eligible for annual increment. Am I also eligible for ACP?

You past service is relevant only for the purpose of pay protection and for other things.

Your ACP period will start from the date you joined present post as direct recruit.
