Dear sir

I have awarded rs175000 for motor accident claim.The respondent have no vehicle insurance and so the respondent is liable to pay. how to claim from him if he has no money or property in his name. I think he is studying and no job.

the claim is a debt on him which will carry interest till he repays.

The Award passed by MACT can be executed within 12 years from the date of order so wait till then.
