SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 27 October 2015
Definitely all three of U can be prosecuted for that illegal marriage.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 27 October 2015
Criminal case can be filed against you and other wittnesses
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 28 October 2015
all persons who help a person to commit a crime can be accused as abettor.
alexander (Expert) 28 October 2015
the enquiry is about cheque bounced case while the title is bigamy.

The point to consider is " Are the witnesses to a particular document are expected to know the contents of the said document or simply that the Deponent signed the said document in the presence of the aforesaid witnesses.

The witnesses in the instant case signed as witnesses to fact of the marriage being performed. Are they ,juridically, expected to know if it is the Groom's first marriage or second or even third. How can they be charged as accomplices as witnesses to fact of bigamy?
