Land encroached

Respected experts,
Some part of my land has encroached by the neighbor land owner, in my absence and put a boundary wall also. Few days back, it came to my knowledge.What should I have to do legally for the immediate recovery of possession.
Plz. suggest me suitably.

If you are sure about the encroachment file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction. Simultaneously lodge police complaint/FIR.

File police complaint, if police does not lodge, file direct complaint with the magistrate.

Can file case for for permanent and mandatory injunction.

A complaint with the police for trespassing and land grabbing offences also a civil suit for mandatory injunction.
