lower court gave me next appearance date in 498A case. Now court published holidays. my next appearance date is coming under this holidays.
What should i do?
1. Appear in court on that day (holiday)
2. If court not work on that day, when to appear in court and how to know my next court appearance date

if date of your court appearance is declared as an holiday you will get next date of appearance . your lawyer will inform you of the next date when you have to appear before the court

You need not appear on holiday. The next date would be given on the following date. Ask your lawyer to inform you about the next date. It happens sometime.
