RCR sec 9 is useless as cannot be executed..

Wife cannot force h to ...[ not by force] bot by court order..
It only create ground for Divorce, if Wife want it..

the actual fact is wife file RCR but husband file Divorce case the divorce matter is coment to cross examination & RCR matter has comes to Hearing without W.s. in that stage what should do by wife
