Fraud case suit for performance contract

Dear Sir, We had purchased agri. land in pune by way of registered sale deed in Feb 2010 from the Farmer. the said property was self-earned by farmer in 1989 and not recd from his ancestors. Farmer son approached to another person and they prepared agreement to sale on Rs. 100 stamp paper which is not registered anywear or notarised. the date for agreement to sale was put Sept 2009 before our registration. now this buyer suit for performance contract on farmer & us. he applied for stay order. Stay is granted by court. I would like to know what will be happen in court. we had appointed advocate. hi has submitted written reply alongwith all proof. is there any judgements related to this case available ? pls provide. pls let me know your help
