Sec. 138 nia- security cheque

Dear friends,
can anyone please enlighten me what is the legal position of dishonour of a cheque given as a security cheque by the accused.There have been diverse judgements on this matter by high courts on this matter. has supreme court given any decisive judgement on this. Shall be grateful if any one can refer the latest leading case laws names on dishonour of security cheqes.
