Hello Sir

In our society there is a shop where 1/3 part is used by the owner and 2/3 part is given on rent (divided between 2 parties)so I wanted to know whether society can charge him extra rent.

no member in society can give his premises on rent without society permission . further in case member gives premises on rent non occupancy charges are leviable as per bye laws adopted by the society
