Your question is not clear, i.e., besides dialogues and conversations, what else are the items you think you possess to transcript in the audio/video recording, if it is worth enough and found to be suitable evidence, it may be included.

'Besides dialogues and conversations', I mean ,is it necessary to give the details of recording device, storage media (memory card), recordist (recording made by), transcript written by , time and place and other things (if any like these).
