Dear Member kindly guide me on my below issue:
My Grand Father were 5 brothers; none of them exist even the grand mothers.
There are the properties which were purchased by them and since to avoid any dispute now my uncle and father wants to dispose off that property; however, i am not happy with there arrangment, infact my father has given his consent with my uncle's arrangement. As a Grand Child can i obtain stay on the said sale.

You can get a stay. Consult a local lawyer.

Your father and uncle can do whatever that they want. Nobody else, including you, have any right over the property and therefore you cannot get any stay on the proposed sale by your father and uncle.
