Dear Experts,

In case if I give a Affidavit states that I'm living with two life partners/Women. In this scenario sec 494/495 will come to play or not?
What is the situation sec 494 and 495 coming to play?

You should not have been married both together, without marriage, living with two women will not attract the punitive clauses of 494/495, it is some other section.

My scenario is different.
My affidavit declares that both of them are not married before and currently living with me, got the social status Life Partners.
